Just in-case you’ve been trying to do more outdoorsy stuff but you’re feeling unsure because of aunty- rona, I have a thing or two on how you can get that happen.
The thing about living in fear is that it wears you down, slows you down and eventually confines you. I understand that we are living in very dangerous times and our health is of utmost importance but so is our mental health. Let me share a little bit more on this.
This Past weekend I decided to do something outside to add some sunshine to my skin and to just have a new environment for change. One thing that contributes to great mental space is surrounding yourself with the right company as well as spending time out in the nature.
Now trust me when I say I would really kill for a mini-staycation at the Mara and this was my mini-getaway. I haven’t spent time outside in a long time so this was a breath of fresh air for me. During my struggles with my mental space two years back, I came to a realization that dogs do play a huge role in improving your mental health and moods. Amazing right?
So because my brother is a Professional Dog Trainer and behaviourist, he organized for a socialization class where he helps boost the attitude of your dog and how it relates with other dogs, which also comes as a training session. It was really lovely , I learnt a lot, I doubled up as a dog mom, dog aunt ,dog sitter and dog lover as a whole.
This really gave me some new aspect of what really dogs mean to their owners, the love and the dedication really brightened up my day and definitely taught me some things. So why should you go out more ?
Because there are so many places you can visit while still taking necessary precautions, spend less screen time and collectively improve your mental space and I’m here for it. I would love you to just release the fear and anxiety surrounding this situation and focus on generating great vibes and endless love-ta. Why not love and laugh?
