Hey! hey! hey!
I hope y’all are great! Let’s talk about my recent escapades.
A couple weeks back, I had the pleasure of visiting Tin roof Cafe, in Karen at The Souk. If you’re looking for a breath of fresh air from the norm, this around the corner cafe will definitely be your new bae!
When my best friend and I got there, we were literally crying because it was just so beautiful, from the handwritten messages on the boards, the set up and just the aura of the space generally. It was full of light with a pop of minimalism.
I was more in love with the woolen seats by the salad bar and this place really got me thinking of my first apartment that would definitely have such a concept of simplicity, minimalism and chicness.
This place would be an ideal spot for a date with a special someone sipping on some luscious wine.
Can we just talk about how beautiful this set up is?? I couldn’t stop taking pictures and I generally wasn’t about to leave the cafe.
We decided to go indoors and It only got better. The beautiful paintings on the walls, the vintage seats and the vast collection of books at the back literally had me crying.
I honestly think that you should give this restaurant a page in your must visit places because it was BOMB!
I was looking for a casual look, and nothing gets more casual than Denim. I paired it with a white tank and threw over this silver necklace to accessorize.
Denim and Khaki can never go wrong, especially for a Friday at work or just a relaxed day out with the girls. I paired the whole look with these black cut out heels that I casually borrowed from my best friend’s closet.
For my hair, I did finger coils, and pinned the sides so that it can look like a Mohawk with bangs at the front. (tutorial will be up soon)
Tin roof is such a step out of your comfort zone, amidst the garden and trees and you can help yourself with a good read as you enjoy the delicacies they have to offer.

I hope you enjoyed this post, do stay tuned for more, but most importantly, stay safe!
