A plain white shirt can easily be dressed up or down with little effort. It isn’t always part of most outfit ideas, but trust me, this little piece could do  some magic to your wardrobe. My favourite part about this piece is that we have so many options on how to wear the classic white top, ranging from maxi skirts, shorts and even khaki pants.

Think of that plain old tee that’s literally dying at the back of your wardrobe and needs some attention. On a serious note, you should think of wearing it more often than you do.

I paired my white blouse with blue skinny jeans because the white colour complements the blue as I was going for a laid back look. I love the versatility of plain white tops ranging from off the shoulder tops, to crops and tanks.

Achieve an effortless look with minimal accessories and I went for my staple watch and African bracelet to add that small pop. I tied my hair in a single braid and embraced my edges to bring out my face  as part of my accessory.

I wore these brown sandals that I absolutely adore despite the several memes on how they make us look like we are ready for some Persian war. These sandals have made quite some  appearances on the catwalk  and I urge you to take the risk and go to war with me!
